Shipping

Orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders ship by 8AM every morning
Orders placed after 8AM are not guaranteed to ship same day.

If damaged product is received, do NOT use it. Send pictures ASAP to us
We ship using plain brown boxes with Red Fragile Tape. The shipping label says from "Shipping Department"

Returns & Refunds

If we make an error with your order, we will fix it at no additional cost to you.
If you accidentally order the incorrect item and wish to exchange. We will require you pay to ship the merchandise back to us. We will however cover reshipping the correct item to you for free.
Must contact us within 7 days of delivery date.

Items must be unused.
If you chose to return the product you will need to pay return shipping.
Before making any returns you must email us first!
